General: The Stevens Nautical 11.00 is a sturdy constructed steel motor cruiser, built with CE approval on behalf of the current and first owner. The raised sundeck is easily accessible from the aft deck with a fixed spiral staircase. There is also a gas locker with drainage on the aft deck. The outside steering position is protected by a glass windscreen and spray hood. To limit the maximum airdraft of 4.20m, the stainless steel radar bracket and windscreen can be folded down to a minimum airdraft of 2.70m. The equipment includes an electric bow thruster and manual windlass. A John Deere diesel engine provides reliable propulsion with approximately 1035 running hours. In 2019 the outside of the boat was completely painted.
Interior: The interior is light with splendid woodwork, with ample cupboard space in the various rooms and excellent headroom of approximately 2.00 m. In the wheelhouse with aft entrance is a comfortable settee, of which the table can be fixed. Various equipment and the switch panel are located at the steering position. In the forepeak there is a well-equipped galley on port side with plenty of cupboard space on the opposite starboard side. A boiler for hot water and hot air heating are also provided. There is a private front cabin with two beds. In the aft cabin is a double bed and bathroom with electric flushing toilet and washbasin. There is also a separate shower space and again plenty of cabinet space for stowage. For safety reasons the aft cabin is also equipped with an escape hatch to the aft deck. The yacht has a practical layout and looks very well kept.
