Bavaria 30 Cruiser

Sold: Bavaria 30 Cruiser seaworthy sailing yacht with easy handling and comfortable interior

General: The Bavaria 30 Cruiser is a handy sailing yacht and very suitable for a young family or beginning sailors. Thanks to the deep keel with a draft of 1.85 m, the Bavaria 30 is seaworthy with CE category A. All lines, including the reefing lines for the jib and mainsail, can be operated from the cockpit. The deck fittings are of excellent quality, including Lewmar self-tailing winches. The navigation instruments are easy to read at the helm. There is a GPS on board and connecting a tablet for navigation is possible. The traveler is placed in front of the sprayhood and provides additional trim options for the mainsail. The fixed cockpit table is integrated with the steering pedestal. The cockpit benches have an ergonomic seat and are laid in with teak. The sprayhood offers good protection from the elements.

Interior: The Bavaria 30 has a spacious interior with a headroom of approximately 1.85 m and beautiful light mahogany woodwork. Both hatches and windows can be opened for optimal ventilation. The long settee benches offer comfortable seating and can be used as extra sleeping berths. In the center of the saloon is a large table with a folding leaf. On the starboard side is a navigation corner, with chart table, switch panel and radio / CD player. Behind the chart table is the heads with a manual pump toilet and sink. The L-shaped galley on the port side is equipped with a gimballed 2-burner stove with oven, compressor coolbox and stainless steel sink with cold running water. Both the private aft – and front cabin each have a double bed with hanging closets and cupboards for clothes.
