General: The Hallberg Rassy 31 is a fast and comfortable cruiser yacht, produced in Sweden to a high quality standard and under the supervision of class society Germanischer Lloyd. The entire deck, as well as the cockpit benches, cockpit floor and swimming platform are fitted with teak. The sailing characteristics are excellent and the HR31 is designed to be able to sail safely in all sea conditions. The sturdy windscreen with sprayhood provide good shelter. All handling such as hoisting, lowering and reefing the sails is done from the cockpit. The sail quiver consists of a; Scaldis battened mainsail 25.5 m2 (2008), High Aspect jib 20.6 m2 (2008), De Vries spinnaker (ATS) with Snuffer. Halyards and sheets are operated with four Lewmar selftailing winches. The navigation equipment including compass, wind-, log-, depth and GPS repeaters placed above the companionway are clearly visible from the tiller steering. The VHF radio is mounted in the companionway entrance within easy reach and hearing distance. A Raymarine autopilot also belongs to the equipment. This HR31 Scandinavia is technically in optimal condition, fully equipped with complete documentation, such as VAT declaration and invoices regarding repairs, maintenance and renewals.
Interior: The well-designed layout of the interior spaces ensure a very spacious interior with a headroom of approximately 1.85 m. Both the mahogany paneling and the blue upholstery are of excellent quality. The saloon has two comfortable settees, which can be used as extra sleeping berths by raising the back supports. Centrally placed in the salon is a sturdy table with folding table leaves. On the starboard side you will find the navigation corner with chart table, seat and various equipment such as a radar, GPS, Autohelm multi for log speed and depth and a radio / CD player. Just aft is the Heads with hand pump toilet, washbasin and hand shower. On the port side is the galley, incl. 3-burner gimballed gas stove with oven, double sink and compressor fridge. An electric- and foot pump provide running water, of which the foot pump is fitted with a water filter. The boiler provides hot water and heats on both 220V and the cooling water from the engine. A Webasto Airtop hot air heater ensures comfort during cold days. The aft cabin on the port side has a spacious double bed (1.90×1.60m) and the front cabin a v-bed (1.95×1.90m) with two more berths. The interior is well-equipped with lights and various storage options.
