Sold Jeanneau Sun Way 25 , Sailboat pocket cruiser with fully equipped and smart interior
The Jeanneau Sun Way 25 is a nice pocket cruiser with good sailing characteristics. The Halyards and sheets are operated from the cockpit with the self-tailing winches on both sides of the companionway. This Jeanneau Sun Way has a Yamaha FT8 4-stroke high thrust outboard engine which is regularly maintained. The Sun Way has large open self-draining cockpit with tiller steering and wire railing around the deck. All necessary navigation equipment is fitted, such as depth gauge, compass, log and autopilot. The sail quiver consists of a mainsail, work jib and storm jib. The current owner has renewed all Halyards in 2016, installed a new stopper, overhauled and lubricated the winches. Several layers of new anti-fouling paint was applied to the underwater hull in 2017. The VAT statement is included in the documents of the boat. In the winter season or during a longer stay at a mooring, the boat can be covered with a deck tent. This Sunway is ideal for trips on inland waterways with a small crew or young family.
The interior of the Sunway feels very spacious for a 25-footer thanks to the smart and open design of the cabin. The windows and large ventilation hatches bring a lot of light into the interior. The smooth white inner shell gives the cabin a tidy and fresh appearance. The cushions are newly upholstered in March 2018 with a washable blue fabric. The V-bed in the front is open and connects to the cabin benches, providing two comfortable sleeping berths. The aft double berth is also kept open and also provides a spacious berth. This can be screened with a curtain. The galley is well equipped with a 2-burner gas stove, stainless steel sink, electric water pump for running water, microwave and 12V coffee maker. Next to the cabin entrance to SB is a fully equipped Heads with washbasin, mirror, mobile toilet (65L) and hanging locker for sailing outfits. On SB there is also a fixed chart table with the switch panel, radio/CD player and a lot of electrical sockets that can be used on shore power.
